THE MASTER PLAN

How do you decipher through all the 'CONFUSION' out there from a self-defense Martial Arts point of view ,
you cannot be a 'Master of everything' so what you have to do is (based on your own experience)
Take the DNA from various martial arts and construct 'what works in the real world' in the true style of Bruce Lee
in "absorbing what is usefull and disregarding the rest" .In the same way Fitness Industry training and resistance
Weights training is 'Plagued' with so called 'experts' and every 'stupid thing' that will get you 'injured' more then
constructively & harmoneously LEAN,FIT& HEALTHY,in my periodization programming for Fitness,weights training,fat loss,lower back care, and martial arts-self-defense, I have had to (after 40 + years of real life training in a multitude of sports) come to realize that the MASTER PLAN in any training system has to be 'tied into and be linked to'' THE END GOAL TO BE ACHIEVED and 'there has to be a PURPOSE for the training.
UNFORTUNATELY THE MAJORITY OF TRAINING SYSTEMS BECOME THE "BLIND LEADING THE BLIND"
without purpose or scientific sound reasoning as to WHY the participant is doing what they are doing .
AT HEALY'S WE CLEAR THE DECEPTION & FOG & CONFUSION  AND GIVE YOU PURPOSE WITH SCIENTIFIC REASONS WHY AND MATCHING 'DRUG FREE' RESULTS.
 I say "DRUG FREE" because the Fitness Industry is also plagued with "Drug cults' especially in body-building, deceptively proclaiming to be the 'pathway' to health instead become the pathway to 'hell'.
SO WE STAY LEAN,CLEAN & NATURAL WITH CLEAR CUT GOALS & PURPOSE
WITH MATCHING RESULTS!
