Attacker grabs Same wrist to Same wrist (same side )
Counters:

1)CHOP to CHOP

2)SLAP attackers wrist

3)Elbow to Elbow Circle

Attacker Grabs opposite wrist (Cross over)
Counters:

1)SMALL CIRCLE WAVE KNIFE HAND

2)Continued SMALL CRCLE

3)Point Fingers of Knife hand over ‘Pigmy’s head’

(with his hands left to left and right to right)

1)keep your head down (awareness of head butt) , lift your elbows up (like a monkey/gorilla )

Attacker Grabs your wrist with Both Hands
Counters:

1) Fist pull

2)Knuckle up(crescent release)

3)Shang-Eye(Sling shot release)

Both wrists grabbed from behind
Counters:

1)Step backwards behind with your Wrists form STRONG KNIFE HANDS and rotate your wrists and PALMS UPWARDS

2)Step backwards to HURDLE THROW
